Here at Pentangle, we are committed to help people to live the life they deserve and assist in breaking the stigma around mental health. We are always on the lookout for team members who are aligned to our values, who are client centred and passionate about making a difference in the community.
We have a collaboratively and inclusive culture where everyone is encouraged to bring their whole self to work.
Our Professional Development Program includes supervision in the following forms:
As a member of the Pentangle team, you will have allocated time (during work hours) to complete professional development. Your individual Professional Development Plan (developed in conjunction with your Accredited Supervisor) allows you to have the time and space you need to explore your interests, niche areas and obtain your own level of excellence.
Pentangle follows a Burn Out Prevention Model which ensures we continue to love the work we do every day. This ensures excellence in the service we are providing to each and every client.
We support you to have a work/life balance so you can have the energy to spend time with your loved ones and be the person you want to be whether this is a partner, husband, wife, mother, father, friend or furry parent.
At our beautifully appointed Riverland consulting suite you will be able to further grow your passion and skill working with clients with a variety of mental health issues. You will be encouraged to live your best life, as you support your clients to heal and do likewise.
If you are a fully registered Psychologist, we currently have an opportunity for you to be contracted on a part time basis. To prevent burnout your caseload would include no more than 24 attended client appointments in four days (6 clients a day), and one day a week off. We also utilise caseload monitoring to ensure caseload balance of mild to severe presentations.
Contractor Remuneration will be discussed at the interview. However, you can expect to be earning between $60 and $100 per client depending on your experience and other factors.
Our consulting room is located in Tamblyn House, 17 Vaughan Terrace, Berri, SA. Whether you are after great schools, leafy open parks and welcoming neighbours for a growing family or maybe a nature reserve offering camping, walks and bike tracks for your outdoor adventures, the Riverland offers it all.
We would love to have you join us. Apply right now by sending us your resume and cover letter outlining why you would like to join us.
We like to hire based on attitude. Why? Because our team is important to us. We want you to fit in, to feel a part of our team culture, and we want you (and the rest of our team) to come to work satisfied and happy each day – we are building a happiness-centered practice and we love it.
